A pocket filter refers to filter with a pocket like filter elements which are of fabric. They are used to filter solid particles in gases that contain dust. There are several designs of pocket filters available in the market for various applications.
Applications:
Mainly used in automobile manufacturing, turbine nuclear power, Hi-tech electronic, high dust holding capacity fields etc.
Material Instructions:
Media: Composite fabric of synthetic fiber.
Frame: Galvanized plate, aluminum, stainless steel plate or plastic, the usual thickness are 21mm, 25mm or 45mm.
Temperature: Maximum 90°C in continuous service.

Non-woven pocket filter is processed by non-woven with ultrasonic thermo-melt techniques which can avoid old type (fiberglass media) harmful to human.
The fiber contains electrostatic which is beneficial to filter the small particles, high ventilation quantity and long working life.
There is fixed airflow channel to assure the best filter effect.
Each pocket is fixed by metal stick to increase the strength so that the pocket won't break.
